An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 17, as heretofore amended, of chapter 385 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1932, approved March 29, 1932, and known, designated and cited as the Virginia Operators’ and Chauffeurs’ License Act, said section relating to the mandatory revocation of operators’ and chauffeurs’ license and the filing of evidence of financial responsibility by persons whose license has been revoked by reason of conviction of certain crimes.

An ACT to amend chapter 94 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1934, approved March 7, 1934, and known, designated and cited as the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, by adding thereto a new section numbered section 49-b, so as among other things, to provide that it shall be a misdemeanor for an infant to represent himself to be twenty-one years of age or older for the purpose of purchasing or attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages, and for any person to purchase alcoholic beverages for another person to whom alcoholic beverages may not be sold; and providing punishment for the violation of the provisions of this section.
