Chap. 158.—An ACT to authorize and empower the board of supervisors of
Pulaski county to acquire land for county purposes, in addition to the quantity
provided for by general law, but not in excess of eighty acres. [H B 380]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Pulaski county be, and it is hereby, authorized
and empowered to acquire land in said county for any lawful pur-
pose of the county, not, however, in excess of eighty acres more
than said county is authorized to acquire for county purposes by
general law.
