Chap. 108.—An ACT to amend and re-enact Subsections (b) and (c) of Sec-
tion 19, of the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia (Chapter
247, Acts 1930), as amended by Chapter 90, Acts 1936, approved February
29, 1936, relating to fees for hunting and fishing licenses. [H B 241]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That sub-
sections (b) and (c) of section nineteen of the Game, Inland Fish and
Dog Code of Virginia (chapter two hundred and forty-seven, Acts
nineteen hundred and thirty), as amended by chapter ninety, Acts nine-
teen hundred and thirty-six, approved February twenty-ninth, nineteen
hundred and thirty-six, be, and the same are hereby, amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
(b) License to hunt only—The license to hunt only shall be as
follows:
(1) State resident season license to hunt only, two dollars and
fifty cents.
(2) State nonresident two-day license to hunt only for two con-
secutive hunting days, the dates to be designated on the face of the
license, five dollars.
(c) License to fish only.—The license fees to fish only shall be as
follows:
(1) State resident season license to fish only, two dollars.
(2) State nonresident season license to fish only, five dollars.
(3) State nonresident two-day license to fish only for two con-
secutive fishing days, the dates to be designated on the face of the
license, one dollar; provided, that such license shall not be valid in
Bland, Giles and Tazewell counties.
