An Act to amend Chapter 419 of the Acts of Assembly of 1986, approved March 80, 1986, which provided the charter for the town of Altavista, by adding thereto a section numbered 33, to provide for a separate school district for the town of Altavista for representation only, and to further provide for a town school board and appointment of members thereto, and for designation of the town members on the county school board.
