An Act for the relief of Dinwiddie County.

Whereas, the county of Dinwiddie was entitled to a refund upon
gasoline purchased for use by the county, such refund being in the amount
of three hundred thirty dollars and fifty-four cents, and the time for appli-
sation therefor having lapsed without such application having been filed ;

Whereas, it is only proper that this refund be made; now, therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. There is hereby appropriated from the special revenues in the
State treasury derived from the tax on motor fuels the sum of three hun-
dred thirty dollars and fifty-four cents, to be paid to the Board of Super-
visors of Dinwiddie County on voucher signed by the Commissioner of
the Division of Motor Vehicles and forwarded to the Comptroller, who
shall thereupon draw a warrant upon the State Treasurer for the amount
thereof. The State Treasurer shall issue a check upon such warrant, pay-
able to the Board of Supervisors of Dinwiddie County in the amount of
three hundred thirty dollars and fifty-four cents.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
