An Act to amend and reenact § 29-55, as amended, of the Code of Vir-
ginia, relating to licenses for fishing. IH 616]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 29-55, as amended, of the Code of Virginia, be amended and
reenacted as follows:
§ 29-55. (a) The license fees to fish only, which licenses shall not
permit fishing for trout, shall be as follows:
(1) County resident season license to fish in inland waters above
salt water, within the regulations and restrictions provided by law, with-
in the county limits of the county of residence, named on the face of the
license, * one dollar.
(2) State resident season license to fish only, within the regulations
and restrictions provided by law, in any and all counties of the State,
three dollars.
(8) State nonresident season license to fish only, by any method,
within the regulations and restrictions provided by law, in all inland
waters of the State, ten dollars.
(4) City resident season license to fish only, by any method, within
the regulations and restrictions provided by law, in the city named on the
face of the license, one dollar.
(b) The license fees to fish for trout in waters stocked with trout by
the Commission, by any method, within the regulations and restrictions
erated by law, in addition to the regular fishing license, shall be as
ollows:
(1) State resident season license to fish for trout in any and all
counties of the State, one dollar.
(2) State nonresident season license to fish for trout in any and all
counties of the State, five dollars.
