An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
83-40.1, to prohibit business enterprises on certain property. tH 612]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
33-40.1 as follows:

§ 83-40.1. No commercial establishment or business enterprise shall
be constructed or located upon any right of way of any limited access high-
way after constructed and opened as such. Permits may be granted by the
proper authority for essential public service facilities.
