An Act to amend and reenact §§ 8, 8-a and 7 as severally amended, of chapter 22 of the Acts of Assembly of 1946, approved February 18, 1946, which chapter created the “Peninsula Airport Commission,” and to amend said chapter by adding thereto new sections numbered 15 to 28, inclusive, the amended and new sections relating, respectively, to general powers of the Commission and to the issuance of revenue bonds by the Commission; and to repeal §§ 6-A and 18 of Chap 22 of the Acts of Assembly of 1946, relating to the same matters.
