An ACT to authorize the Old Dominion Land Company to erect, construct, and fill in a system of wharves and piers and bulkheads in the James river between the foot of Twenty-third street extended and the foot of Thirty-sixth street extended, in the city of Newport News, Virginia, and provide for the security of same and its extension, and to permit the issue of bonds and negotiable notes secured by deeds or mortgages thereon.

An ACT to authorize the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company to discontinue the use of, take up, and remove a certain portion of its railroad line to Lexington, Virginia, and to substitute in lieu thereof a trackage arrangement with the Norfolk and Western Railway Company under certain limitations and conditions.
