An ACT to amend and re-enact section 74 of an act entitled: An act to put in effective operation the provisions of the Constitution relating to the creation, appointment and organization of the State Corporation Commission, its jurisdiction, powers, functions, and duties; the qualifications of members and officers thereof, their appointment and salaries; the location of its officers, and places and times of its public sessions; its writs, processes, orders, findings and judgments; appeals from its orders, findings and judgments, and its expenses, ete.
An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2099 of the Code of Virginia, as amended and re-enacted by an act approved February 25, 1892, entitled an act to amend and re-enact section 2099 of the Code of Virginia, 1887, with relation to license required for catching fish for oil or manure.
An ACT to authorize the town of Front Royal to sell electric current from its lighting plant to be used for all purposes for which the same can be used, and to authorize the council or trustees of said town to make sale of or lease the lighting plant owned by said town, if in the judgment of said council or trustees, a sale or lease shall be for the best interests of the people of said town.
An ACT to authorize the town of Bridgewater in the county of Rockingham, Va., to issue bonds and borrow money for the purpose of establishing water works, ete.

An ACT to authorize the submission to the legal voters of the city of Winchester of the question whether or not they will favor the issuance by said city of not more than one hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars of “gravity water bonds” and to authorize the issuance by said city of not more than $125,000 of said bonds, if a majority of those voting vote in favor of such issuance.
An ACT to amend and reenact an act approved March 17, 1906, entitled an act to amend and re-enact section 27 of an act entitled an act to raise revenue for the support of the government and public free schools and to pay the interest on the public debt, and to provide a special tax for pensions, as authorized by section 189 of the Constitution, approved April 16, 1903, as amended and re-enacted.
An ACT to appropriate the public revenue for the two fiscal years
An ACT to regulate the sale of agricultural seeds, to provide a standard of purity for such seeds, to prescribe penalties for the violation of this act, and vesting the execution and enforcement of this act in the commissioner of agriculture.

An ACT to empower the council of the town of Clarksville, in the county of Mecklenburg, to issue and sell bonds for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a water system, and for establishing and maintaining a sewerage system, in said town, provided that the question of such bond issue, for the purposes named, be first submitted to the qualified voters of said town and to authorize such council to call a special election for the submission of the same to the voters thereof.

An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to provide for the revision, codification and indexing with suitable marginal citations and references, of the statute law of Virginia; for the printing, publication and disposition thereof; to appoint commissioners therefor and fix their compensation; to provide for the necessary clerical assistants to said commissioners; and to appropriate the necessary funds for said work.

An ACT to amend and re-enact section seven hundred and fifty-three of the Code of Virginia, in relation to State depositories.
An ACT to empower the council of the town of Clarksville, in the county of Mecklenburg, to issue and sell bonds for the purpose of establishing and maintaining an electric lighting plant in said town
An ACT to amend and re-enact sections 10, 11, 46, 47, 68 and 118% of an act entitled an act to raise revenue for the support of the government and public free schools, and to pay the interest on the public debt, and to provide a special tax for pensions as authorized by section 189 of the Constitution, approved April 16, 1903, and acts amendatory thereof, and to add three new sections thereto designated respectively, section 86% providing for a license tax on collection agencies, and sections 86% and 36% providing for the taxation of water, heat, light and power companies.
An ACT to provide a new charter for the town of North Tazewell, in the county of Tazewell; and to repeal all acts or parts of acts in conflict therewith.
An ACT to validate, ratify, approve and confirm certain bonds heretofore and hereafter issued by the town of Orange, Virginia, and an election held on the thirty-first day of August, 1915, authorizing the issuing of the said bonds for water and street improvement of the said town.
An ACT authorizing the city of Hampton, Virginia, to borrow money and issue bonds therefor to the amount of $75,000.00, for the purpose of extending and improving the present sewer system and of constructing a new sewer system and other permanent improvements.
An ACT to amend and re-enact an act approved February 7, 1898, entitled, an act to create the board of fisheries of Virginia, and define its duties and fix the salary of its members, as amended by acts approved February 21, 1900, February 15, 1901, and Mareh 12, 1908, respectively, so as to change the position of secretary of the commission of fisheries to that of shellfish commissioner, to define the duties and powers of the commission, to fix salaries and provide a fund for carrying out the provisions of this act.

An ACT to amend and re-enact an act appointing trustees for the town of Christiansburg, in the county of Montgomery, and for other purposes, giving said town a charter
An ACT to prohibit the manufacture and sale of adulterated, misbranded or deleterious stock, cattle and poultry feeds; fixing penalties for viclations of the act; providing for the enforcement of the act and to repeal all Jaws and parts of laws in conflict with this act in so far only as they may be in conflict with the provisions of this act.

An ACT to amend and reenact section 4 of an act entitled an act concerning the appointment of a dairy and food commissioner within the department of agriculture and immigration, and imposing penalties for its violation, approved March 11, 1908S, and to repeal section 15-a of an act entitled an act to prevent the manufacture or sale of adulterated, misbranded, poisonous or deleterious stock and cattle feeds, and to repeal section 15 and sub-sections a, b, c, d, e, f, and g of said section 15, chapter 188, acts of assembly, 1908, approved March 11, 1908, and to repeal all other laws in conflict with this act, in so far as they may be in conflict with the provisions of this act, approved March 14, 1910.
