An Act to amend and reenact § 15.1-995, as amended, of the Code of Virginia, relating to tenure of certain officers and judges whose homesite becomes part of city.
An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 36-27.1, as to provide what changes may be considered in certain condemnation proceedings.
An Act to amend and reenact § 15 of Chapter 84 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918, approved February 7, 1918, as amended, which provided a charter and special form of government for the city of Norfolk, which section relates to emergency measures 80 as to provide that the emergency shall be declared in a preamble to any emergency ordinance or resolution.
An Act to provide a new charter for the city of Lexington, and to repeal Chapter 21, as amended, of the Acts of Assembly of 1982, approved March 25, 1982, which act provided a new charter for the town of Lexington.

An Act to amend and reenact § 14 of Chapter $4 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918, approved February 7, 1918, as amended, which provided a charter and special form of government for the city of Norfolk, which section relates to legislative procedure so as to provide that before an ordinance shall be passed it shall be read by its title.
