Proposing amendment to Section 98 of the Constitution of Virginia
AN ACT to provide for the submission of proposed amendments to § 98 of the Constitution of Virginia to the qualified voters for ratification or rejection, and to prescribe when and how such referendum shall be had, and the manner in which the results thereof shall be ascertained and certified, the returns canvassed, and the vote thereon proclaimed by the governor.

AN ACT to amend the Code of 1950 by adding thereto a section numbered 8-468.1 to provide a scale of fees for clerks for making up and certifying the original records of cases on applications to the Supreme Court of Appeals for writs of error or appeals.

AN ACT to amend and reenact §§ 54-824 and 54-825 of the Code of Virginia 1950, relating to the use of injunctive pro-ceedings in cases of unlawful practice of medicine, homeopathy, osteopathy, chiropractic, naturopathy or chiropody, and the suspension or revocation of licenses because of such unlawful practice.
AN ACT to direct the Virginia Code Commission to include the Rules adopted by the Supreme Court of Appeals on October 18, 1949, in the 1950 pocket supplement to the Code of 1950 and to provide that such rules shall supersede statutory provisions in conflict therewith.
AN ACT to provide a new charter for the city of Martinsville, Virginia; and to repeal Chapter 69 of the Acts of Assembly of 1942, approved February 25, 1942, which provided a charter for such city.
