An Act to authorize the State highway commission to cooperate with the persons who are given the right to establish a marine museum in any county in Virginia adjoining any city located on navigable water and with a population of thirty thousand or more inhabitants, under the provisions of a bill for that purpose introduced at the present session of the general assembly, and to make certain changes in the State highways adjacent to and extending across the property of such person or persons establishing such museum.
An ACT to permit the erection of a dam across the mouth of any creek in any county of Virginia, adjoining a city located on navigable water and having a population of thirty thousand or more inhabitants by the United States census, which dam is erected for the purpose of creating a lake to be used in connection with a marine museum.

An ACT to amend and re-enact sections 4, 7, 9, 13, 15, 19, 20, 20-a and 21 of an act entitled "an act to provide for a State Boxing and Wrestling Commission, to prescribe its powers and duties, and to provide for the expense of administering this act; to authorize and empower counties, cities and towns to determine by ordinance, referendum, or otherwise, when boxing and wrestling contests may be held therein; to provide for boxing and wrestling contests for prizes or purses, or where an admission is charged, and limiting such boxing contests to fifteen rounds and wrestling matches by such rules as may be promulgated by the commission; to prescribe conditions under which licenses shall be issued and contests held; to declare that amateur boxing and wrestling contests conducted heretofore shall be subject to the provisions of this measure and under the sole jurisdiction of such commission in all cases wherein an admission fee is charged spectators to witness such amateur boxing and/or wrestling contests; to provide for licensing and taxing such boxing and wrestling matches and providing for the distribution of the moneys derived therefrom," approved March 29, 1934, said sections being in relation to licenses, permits, compensation of officers, referees, number of bouts of matches, and appropriation of money collected.
An ACT to provide a new charter for the town of Leesburg, in the county of Loudoun, Virginia. and to repeal all prior acts and amendments thereto creating a charter for the said town.

An ACT for the relief of Pearson Martin
An ACT to amend an act entitled ‘“‘An Act to provide for a new Charter for the town of Farmville.”, approved February 10, 1890, by adding thereto a new section numbered 11-a, empowering the town council to acquire, maintain, control and dispose of certain property for certain recreational purposes and other public uses, under certain conditions.
An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 4 of an act entitled ‘‘An act to provide a new charter for the town of Waynesboro, Virginia, and to repeal all acts or parts of acts in conflict therewith.”, approved March 26, 1928, relating to the powers of the said town, so as to make further provisions with reference to town cemeteries.
An ACT to provide a new charter for the town of Gate City, in the county of Scott, and to repeal all acts and parts of acts inconsistent therewith, and to provide for a referendum.
An ACT to authorize and empower the Virginia Conservation Commission to convey to the former grantors thereof, their heirs, devisees, assigns or successors in title, certain lands in Smyth county acquired by the said Commission as a right of way for a road from Lee Highway to Hungry Mother State Park, and no longer needed for such purpose.
An ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto a new section numbered 3032-a, limiting the civil liability on the part of cities and towns in the maintenance or operation of recreational facilities to cases of gross or wanton negligence.

An ACT to authorize and direct the State Highway Commission to take into the secondary system of State highways certain roads in and adjacent to the Prince Edward State Forest, the Surrender Grounds State Forest and Cumberland State Forest under certain conditions.
An ACT to make it lawful to gig red-horse, carp, and other non-game fish in the waters of Clinch River, within the County of Russell, during certain periods; to prescribe the bag limit for such fish; to provide penalties for viola- tions; to authorize the board of supervisors of said county to pay rewards to persons furnishing information which leads to the conviction of any person for dynamiting fish in any stream in said county; to provide that the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries shall not discriminate against Clinch River, in said county, in the matter of restocking inland waters with game fish, on account of any provisions of this act; and to repeal an act entitled ‘An act to authorize the Chairman of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, to issue per- mits to gig certain kinds of fish in Clinch River, within Russell County, during certain periods and upon certain conditions.’
An ACT to authorize the Virginia Conservation Commission, with the approval of the Governor, and subject to certain conditions, restrictions and reservations, to lease to responsible organizations or groups of individuals certain lands or other properties held by it or under its supervision and control, and to grant certain easements over, upon and across such lands or other properties.
An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 2 of Chapter 94 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1934, approved March 7, 1934, and known, designated and cited as the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, so as, among other things, to provide definitions for the various terms and words contained in the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
An Act to Amend and Re-enact Section 7 of the Act to Provide for a State Boxing and Wrestling Commission
An ACT to regulate the operation of certain summer camps, to require certain sanitary and health provisions to be made therefor, to provide for the inspection thereof and for the issuance and revocation of permits for the operation thereof and for appeals in certain cases, to confer and impose certain powers and duties upon the State Health Commissioner and the agents and employees of the Department of Health, and to prescribe penalties for violations.

An ACT to authorize the boards of supervisors or other governing bodies of certain counties to acquire lands for the establishment of parks, play-grounds and other recreational facilities, and to issue bonds for such purpose; and to prescribe the conditions upon which such bonds may be issued, sold and redeemed.
An ACT to authorize the State Highway Commissioner to accept from the United States, or any department or agency thereof, grants of land upon which the United States has constructed any recreational waysides ; to contract with the United States, or any such agency, to maintain and operate same out of any funds available, and to authorize the Highway Department to establish, construct, and maintain similar recreational waysides.
