An Act to amend and reenact § 32-336, as amended, of the Code of Virginia, which section relates to the duties of registrars, so as to provide how fees to such registrars will be paid.
An Act to amend and reenact § 1 of Chapter 17 of the Acts of Assembly of 1947, approved January 29, 1947, which chapter was continued in force by § 58-769 of the Code of Virginia and which provides for the annual general reassessment of real estate and equalization of assessments in certain cities and matters relating thereto so as to confer like powers upon certain other cities; and to validate, ratify and confirm certain acts performed under the authority of such act.
An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by inserting in Chapter 2 of Title 56 a new section numbered 56-49.1 subjecting turnpike corporations created under such Chapter to exclusive regulation and control by State Corporation Commission and authorizing any such turnpike corporation to charge and collect tolls and to establish rules and regulations for the use of its toll road or turnpike, subject to approval by the State Corporation Commission.
