An Act to authorize the Virginia State Hospital Board with the approval of the Governor to negotiate with the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Bristol in regard to the conveyance of certain real estate now owned by the State Hospital Board and to authorize the State Hospital Board to convey the same real estate.
An Act to amend and reenact §§ 3 and 80 of Chapter 815 of the Acts of Assembly, 1956, approved March 10, 1956, which provided a new charter for the town of Farmville; and to further amend the chapter by adding a section numbered 26.1, the amended and new sections relating respectively to election of the council and mayor, the duties of the mayor and the power of the council to incur indebtedness in the name of the town; and to further amend said chapter by repealing 8§ 26, 27, 28 and 29 relating to the power of the council to issue certain bonds and notes, bonds and notes in anticipation of certain bonds, the method of issuing such bonds, and the limit on the amount of such bonds.

An Act authorizing the issuance of State of Virginia Mental Hospitals and Institutions Bonds in an amount not exceeding thirteen million, seven hundred seventy thousand dollars ($13,770,000) for the purpose of providing funds, with any other available funds, for paying the cost of acquiring or constructing capital improvements at mental hospitals and institutions in the State; authorizing the Treasury Board, by and with the consent of the ‘Governor, to fix the details of such bonds and to provide for the sale of such bonds at public or private sale; providing for the pledge of the full faith, credit and taxing power of the State for the payment of the interest on such bonds and the principal thereof and further providing that such bonds shall be exempt from all taxation within the State; and providing that this act shall not become effective and that no bonds shall be issued hereunder unless this act, as supplemented as provided therein, shall be approved by a majority of the qualified voters of the State voting thereon at an election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 1968, as required by Section 184a of the Constitution of Virginia. rH 804}

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 8 of Title 18.1 an article numbered 4.1, containing §§ 18.1-119.4 through 18.1-119.18, so as to define certain words and phrases in connection with the use of credit cards; to define credit card theft; to create prima facie evidence of such theft; to define the crime of credit card forgery; to define the crime of credit card fraud; to define the crime of criminal possession of credit card forgery devices; to provide for the crime of criminal receipt of goods and services fraudulently obtained by the use of a credit card; and to provide penalties for violations; and to repeal all acts or parts of acts in conflict therewith; and to repeal § 18.1-119.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the same matters.
An Act to amend and reenact §§ 54-817, 54-417, 54-445, 54-481, and 54-487, as severally amended, of the Code of Virginia, relating respectively to what constitutes unprofessional conduct for certain practitioners of the healing arts, the powers of inspection possessed by the Board of Pharmacy, the classes of institutions or persons to whom dangerous drugs may be sold at wholesale, the exemption of physicians, dentists and veterinarians from the provisions of the chapter of the Code relating to pharmacists and drugs, and the definition of certain terms used in the Uniform Narcotic Drug Act.
