An ACT authorizing and directing the Auditor of Public Accounts to collect the sum of one hundred dollars, paid to the Sheriff of Wythe county by Alonzo Grinnell, surety of Alexander Corvin, indicted for felony upon a forfeited recognizance, and to refund the same to the said Alonzo Grinnell when so collected, and releasing the said Grinnell from the payment of twenty-five dollars, balance of said judgment.
