An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 4771 of the Code of Virginia, relating to offenses committed on or near county boundary lines, so as to confer certain powers upon sheriffs, deputy sheriffs and police officers.
An ACT to ratify and approve the boundary line between Virginia and the District of Columbia as determined and described by the District of Columbia-Virginia Boundary Commission; to establish and declare the said line as the boundary between Virginia and the District of Columbia when ratified by the Congress of the United States; and to authorize the Governor to cooperate in having the said line surveyed, marked and documented.
An ACT to amend and re-enact Sections 18 and 19 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the acquisition of lands by the United States of America, so as to prescribe the rights, powers and jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States of America over and with respect to such lands, and persons and property thereon, and transactions, matters and things arising thereon, and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto two new sections numbered 19-a and 19-b, giving the conditional consent of the Commonwealth of Virginia, to the acquisition by the United States of America of certain lands in Virginia, and prescribing the limitations imposed upon and the reservations incident to any transfer of such lands; and prescribing the respective jurisdictions of the Commonwealth of Virginia and of the United States of America over such lands, over persons and property thereon, and over any transactions, matters and things arising thereon; and to repeal certain acts pertaining to the same subject.
An ACT to authorize and empower the Governor of Virginia to grant, transfer and convey, to the United States of America two certain tracts or parcels of submerged land in Mill Creek, Elizabeth City county, lying adjacent to the Fort Monroe military reservation and containing approximately 36.2 acres, deed to define the jurisdiction of the State and the United States over said lands.

An ACT to amend Chapter 161 of the Acts of Assembly of 1926, approved March 17, 1926, as heretofore amended, relating to sanitary districts in certain counties of the State, by adding thereto two new sections numbered 2-a and 2-b, to provide for the enlargement of sanitary districts and the merger of two or more sanitary districts into one.
An ACT to establish a boundary line between the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia, and to provide for the cession by the Commonwealth of Virginia to the United States of America of certain jurisdiction over lands acquired by the United States or any of its governmental agencies located in the counties adjoining the said boundary line of the District of Columbia.
