An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to extend and define the boundaries of the city of Lynchburg, approved December 19, 1870, so as to further extend the boundaries of the said city, provided it assume a just proportion of the bonded debt of Campbell county; and to provide for the ascertainment, by the Circuit Court of the said city, or of the said county, of the amount of the bonded debt of the said county which the said city should assume.
