An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled “An act to provide for opening new roads, and building bridges, and working and keeping in repair the public roads and bridges in Rockbridge county,” approved March 8, 1894, as heretofore amended.
An ACT to authorize the governor of Virginia to convey to the government of the United States, in the name and on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia, a certain parcel of ground, not exceeding one-half acre, which is a part of a tract now owned by the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the county of Princess Anne, together with an easement or right of way leading from said parcel of ground to the county road.

An ACT to authorize the auditor of public accounts, when in his judgment it is just and proper, to accept interest at the rate of six per centum per annum upon any judgment heretofore or hereafter recovered by the Commonwealth of Virginia against the treasurer of a city or county which bears a greater rate of interest than six per centum per annum.
An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of the county of Louisa to borrow money and issue bonds for a sum not exceeding two hundred thousand dollars, and to use the proceeds of such bond issue to pay off the indebtedness of the said county incurred in pursuance of an act approved March 16, 1920, which act is printed as chapter 213 of the acts of assembly of 1920.
An ACT to authorize the establishment of a county hospital by the counties of Prince Edward and Cumberland, or either of them, and any contiguous county or counties, should the regular qualified voters of each such county so elect, and to provide for the submission of such question to the voters of the respective counties, and authorizing the issuance of bonds by the counties so electing for such purpose, upon the vote of the people so directing.

An ACT to amend and re-enact sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of chapter five of an act approved March 13, 1918, entitled “An act to amend and re-enact all acts creating and amending the charter of the city of Lynchburg.”
An ACT making the provision of the act entitled "An act ceding to the United States exclusive jurisdiction over certain lands acquired for public purposes within this State, and authorizing the acquisition thereof," approved the 16th day of March, A. An ACT to authorize and empower the council of the town of Wise, formerly Gladeville, in the county of Wise, to borrow not in excess of $125,000.00, and to issue bonds of the town therefor, for the purpose of installing and maintaining water works and sewerage systems, providing adequate fire protection, and refunding existing indebtedness, or for either or all of said purposes;
