An ACT authorizing the board of supervisors of Roanoke and Floyd counties to make appropriations for the expenses of the judge of the twentieth judicial circuit.

An ACT to provide that officers making arrests, searches or seizures on the public roads or highways of this State shall, in order to obtain any fee therefor, be dressed at the time of such arrest, search or seizure in a uniform; to prescribe the uniform to be worn, and to prevent the taxing or collection of any fees, mileage, attendance, pay or any other charge, compensation or reward for arrests or prosecutions where the arrest, search or seizure was made on a public road or highway by an officer not wearing the uniform prescribed by this act.
