An ACT to repeal all special laws of local application relating to game, inland fish and dogs passed by the general assembly of Virginia which adjourned March 19, 1920, and all such laws passed prior thereto; and certain other laws of local application relating thereto.
An ACT to amend and re-enact chapter 317 of the acts of 1924, for the protection of foxes in Albemarle, Culpeper, Grayson, Warren, Carroll and Rappahannock counties.

An ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto a new chapter, numbered 126-a, and nine new Code sections, 3165-a, 3165-b, 3165-c, 3165-d, 3165-e, 3165-f, 3165-g, 3165-h and 3165-i, providing for the creation of forest, game, fish and recreation reserves; providing for their care; deferring the payment of taxes thereon; providing for the accrual of such taxes; making all taxes assessed against such area, liens thereon; prescribing the duties of purchasers of the timber; the duties of the department of conservation and development, and the various commissions in that department, and the commission of game and inland fisheries, and their officers and employees; authorizing boards of supervisors to accept the provisions of this act, and providing for all things necessary or incident to the establishment of such forest, game, fish and recreation reserves.

An ACT to relieve the clerks of the courts of Accomac and Northampton counties from liability for certain money collected for hunting licenses

An ACT to revise, simplify, arrange and consolidate into one act the general game, inland fish and dog statutes of Virginia, which act shall constitute and be designated and cited as “the game, inland fish and dog Code of Virginia.”

An ACT to amend and re-enact section 31 of chapter 247, Acts 1930, relating to permits for breeding wild birds, wild animals and fish.

An ACT for the protection of foxes in the county of Henry, and to prescribe penalties for violations thereof.
An ACT to make it unlawful to shoot, kill or wound any deer at any time in the counties of Bland, Buchanan, Wise, Dickenson, Lee, Scott, Washington, Russell, Tazewell, Wythe, Smyth, Carroll, Grayson, Floyd, Patrick, Montgomery, Pulaski and Giles, and to prescribe penalties for violations thereof.
An ACT to provide for the protection of foxes in the county of Franklin, and to prescribe penalties for violations thereof.
An ACT to authorize the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries to sell and convey certain portions of a tract of land in Roanoke county, known as the Fort Lewis mountain haven refuge.
An ACT to amend and re-enact section 23 of the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia, relating to license provisions.
An ACT to define the rights of riparian owners, their lessees and licensees, in tiie counties of Westmoreland, Richmond, Lancaster, Northumberland and Prince George in the matter of the selection of positions for blinds from which to shoot ducks, to provide for the protection of such rights; to prescribe the distances at which such blinds may, and may not, be located from the shore line in the different waters of the Commonwealth and from the property line of other persons, the depth of water in which such blinds may be located, and the distances between blinds; to make it unlawful to erect or maintain blinds at certain places in certain waters; to provide for the issuing of licenses to erect and maintain such blinds, and to prescribe the fees to be paid therefor; and to prescribe penalties for violations of the provisions of this act.
An ACT to make it unlawful for any person, in the county of Halifax, to knowingly or intentionally go, or allow his dogs to go, upon any other person’s private gamne preserve, containing more than 5,000 acres, while hunting or chasing any fox or deer, without permission, and to prescribe penal- ties for violations thereof.
An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act for the pro-tection of fish, squirrels and other game in Buchanan county, approved March 24, 1932, and to prescribe penalties for violations thereof.
An ACT to amend and re-enact sections 5 and 6 of an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact chapter 422 of the Acts of Assembly of 1926, concerning elk in the counties of Giles, Bland, Pulaski, Montgomery, and Craig, as amended by chapter 202 of the Acts of Assembly of 1928, approved March 24, 1930, in relation to the fee for a license to hunt elk and money derived therefrom.

An ACT for the protection of deer and elk in this State by providing for the killing of any dog found to be, or proven to have been, pursuing or tracking any deer or elk in any county in the State; to provide that the owner of any such dog shall have a hearing in certain instances; to prescribe penalties to be imposed upon owners of such dogs; and to provide that this act shall not be operative in any county unless and until adopted by the board of supervisors, or other governing body, thereof.

An ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto a new section, numbered 527-a, authorizing the Virginia Conservation Commission to require permits to be purchased by persons who hunt and trap in certain State forests, to prescribe the form of such permits and the manner of issuance, and to impose certain restrictions and conditions upon hunting and trapping in the State forests; requiring the clerks of certain courts to issue such permits; establishing a special fund of the proceeds derived from the sale thereof, providing for the expenditure of the said fund and making certain appropriations for such purpose; authorizing the Virginia Conservation Commission to enter into certain agreements for game management in the said State forests; and prescribing certain penalties. An ACT to authorize and direct the payment to the County of Henrico, from the special fund in the Treasury to the credit of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, of a certain portion of certain commissions on collections upon sales of hunting and fishing licenses made by the Clerk of said County; and to authorize and direct the transfer of a certain other portion of said commissions from said special fund to the general fund of the Treasury.
An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 80 of the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia, as heretofore amended relating to disposition of dog fund.
An ACT to prohibit the hunting of migratory waterfowl from floating blinds in certain of the public waters or marshes of the counties of Essex and Richmeénd, and to prescribe penalties.
