An ACT to amend and re-enact section 23 of the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia, relating to license provisions.
An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3225 of the Code of Virginia, as heretofore amended, in relation to assignment of oyster grounds.
An ACT to permit the shooting of certain kinds of fish in certain waters in the counties of Scott and Russell, during certain times, and the gigging for said fish in certain waters in Scott and Russell counties during the open season.
An ACT to amend and re-enact section 39 of the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia, as heretofore amended, relating to fishing.
An ACT to define the rights of riparian owners, their lessees and licensees, in tiie counties of Westmoreland, Richmond, Lancaster, Northumberland and Prince George in the matter of the selection of positions for blinds from which to shoot ducks, to provide for the protection of such rights; to prescribe the distances at which such blinds may, and may not, be located from the shore line in the different waters of the Commonwealth and from the property line of other persons, the depth of water in which such blinds may be located, and the distances between blinds; to make it unlawful to erect or maintain blinds at certain places in certain waters; to provide for the issuing of licenses to erect and maintain such blinds, and to prescribe the fees to be paid therefor; and to prescribe penalties for violations of the provisions of this act.
An ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a new section thereto, to be designated as section 3238-a, governing the taking or catching of oysters in the Potomac river by means of hand scrapes; prescribing penalties for violations of the act; repealing all acts and parts of acts inconsistent therewith; and providing that the same shall not take effect until a similar act shall be made effective in the State of Maryland.
An ACT to make it unlawful to catch crabs on trot-lines in the west branch of Wormley’s creek in York county and to prescribe penalties for violations thereof.

An ACT to amend and re-enact section 49 of the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia, in relation to hunting, trapping or fishing on privately owned lands in certain counties and sections of the State.
An ACT to amend and re-enact section 32 of chapter 247, acts 1930, relating to permits under the game and fish laws.
An ACT to authorize the maintenance and operation of fish wheels in the ponds of this State.
An ACT to empower the councils or other governing bodies of cities and towns to release the liability and liens for interest, penalties and accrued costs on unpaid taxes due such cities and towns for any year or years prior to and including the year 1935 provided such taxes are paid within six months after the effective date of this act.
An ACT to amend the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia by adding thereto a new section numbered 19-g, in relation to waterfowl hunting on Back Bay and its tributaries, and North Landing river, in Princess Anne county and licenses for blinds, and prescribing penalties; and to repeal chapter 392 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1928 and all acts amendatory thereof, the same being an act to provide for the protection of wild water fowl in the public waters of Back Bay and its tributaries and North Landing river, the title to which is copied at length in the repealing clause of this act.

An ACT to authorize certain officers of the Conservation Commission of the State of Maryland to make arrests in the State of Virginia under certain conditions, to authorize and empower certain officers of the Commission of Fisheries of the Commonwealth of Virginia to make arrests in the State of Maryland under certain conditions, and to provide that the provisions of this act shall become effective, after the enactment of concurrent legislation by the General Assembly of the State of Maryland, upon proclamation of the Governor.
An ACT for the relief of Bernice M. Bull
An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 3216 of the Code of Virginia, a heretofore amended, relating to inspection, measurement and loading of, and tax on oysters, and prescribing penalties.
An ACT to provide a new charter for the town of Gate City, in the county of Scott, and to repeal all acts and parts of acts inconsistent therewith, and to provide for a referendum.
An ACT to regulate the shooting and catching of fish in Scott County, to prohibit, under certain circumstances and conditions, the shooting of fish and fishing with live bait and artificial flies or plugs, and to provide penalties for violations of the act.
An ACT to release the United States of America, and certain contractors and agents thereof, from all claims for damages to the oyster and other public interests belonging to the State of Virginia, which may result from the re-dredging and maintaining of a navigable channel in Starling’s Creek in the vicinity of Saxis, in the county of Accomack.
An ACT to make it lawful for German carp to be taken by means of gigs and artificial lights in the Shenandoah River in the counties of Page, Rockingham, Clarke, Warren and Shenandoah at certain times and under certain conditions, and to provide that this act shall not affect certain powers and duties of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries nor cause any discrimination as to restocking of the said Shenandoah River.
An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled ‘‘An act for the protection of fish in certain streams in Alleghany and Craig counties.’’
An ACT to make it lawful to gig red-horse, carp, and other non-game fish in the waters of Clinch River, within the County of Russell, during certain periods; to prescribe the bag limit for such fish; to provide penalties for viola- tions; to authorize the board of supervisors of said county to pay rewards to persons furnishing information which leads to the conviction of any person for dynamiting fish in any stream in said county; to provide that the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries shall not discriminate against Clinch River, in said county, in the matter of restocking inland waters with game fish, on account of any provisions of this act; and to repeal an act entitled ‘An act to authorize the Chairman of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, to issue per- mits to gig certain kinds of fish in Clinch River, within Russell County, during certain periods and upon certain conditions.’
An ACT to make it unlawful to fish on Sunday in any of the waters in Giles, Bland and Tazewell Counties, except Mountain Lake in Giles County; to prescribe certain forfeitures for violations thereof; and to repeal an act entitled 'An Act to prohibit the taking of fish from the streams of Giles County except with hook and line, and to prohibit the taking of fish from certain streams in said county, during certain seasons; to prohibit fishing on Sunday; to prohibit the use of fish berries, dynamite and other explosive or chemical substances for the taking, or destruction of fish; and to prescribe the punishment for violations thereof.'
An ACT to amend Chapter 88, Acts 1932, relating to the taking of fish in Sussex and Greensville Counties so as to include the county of Brunswick.

An ACT to prescribe the respective jurisdiction and authority of the Commission of Fisheries and of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries over the waters of the Rappahannock River.
An ACT to authorize the Governor to execute a certain inter-State compact pursuant to congressional enactments providing for the establishment of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission, to provide for the appoint-<br />ment of commissioners to represent the Commonwealth on the said Commission, the Commissioner of Fisheries being designated as one of the same, and to appropriate certain funds for the purposes of this act.
An ACT to amend and re-enact Chapter 358 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1938, approved March 31, 1938, relating to gigging certain fish in certain counties, to omit Amherst and Nelson counties from said act, with certain exceptions.
An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 42 of the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia, relating to casting into streams substances injurious to fish, to omit the counties of Amherst and Nelson, with certain exceptions,
An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 19-e of the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia, relating to the licensing of blinds for hunting migratory waterfowl and prescribing conditions for the use to be made thereof.
An ACT to make it unlawful to shoot fish in shoals in any of the streams in Scott county; to prescribe penalties for violations thereof; and to make it lawful to sell certain fish caught in such streams.
An ACT to repeal Chapter 93 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1940, approved February 27, 1940, relating to shooting and catching fish in Scott county.
An ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a new section numbered 3172-a, to make it unlawful to use haul seines in a certain portion of the Rappahannock River, or in its tributaries, under certain conditions ; to prohibit leaving dead fish on the shore or throwing same into the water ; and to make any violation of this act a misdemeanor and to prescribe the punishment.
An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 3208 of the Code of Virginia, as heretofore amended, relating to taking shellfish from the natural rocks, beds or shoals in the waters of the Commonwealth, so as to permit the use of patent tongs in certain waters of Chesapeake Bay during certain months of the year.

An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 49, as amended, of the Game Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia, relating to hunting, trapping and fishing on the property of another.
An ACT to authorize and direct the payment to the County of Henrico, from the special fund in the Treasury to the credit of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, of a certain portion of certain commissions on collections upon sales of hunting and fishing licenses made by the Clerk of said County; and to authorize and direct the transfer of a certain other portion of said commissions from said special fund to the general fund of the Treasury.
