An Act to amend and reenact 8§ 40-96, and 40-97, as amended, 40-100, 40-100.6, 40-101, 40-102, 40-104 as amended, 40-105, 40-106, 40-107, 40-108, 40-109 as amended, 40-110, 40-111, 40-114, 40-116 and 40-118 of the Code of Virginia, all relating to employment of children, and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 40-100.4:1, to prescribe the conditions for employment of children pursuant to a work-training certificate in certain cases.
