An ACT to ratify, confirm, and validate the action of the council of the city of Danville, Virginia, in passing an ordinance on the 12th day of November, 1901, providing for a special election on the 19th day of November, 1901, to take the sense of the qualified voters of said city as to whether the city of Danville should subscribe to the Mount Rogers and Eastern Railroad Company, and also all acts done thereunder.
