AN ACT to amend and reenact § 8-266 of the Code of 1950 relating to when copies of certain records may be admitted in evidence.
AN ACT to amend and reenact § 3 of Chapter 261 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Virginia of 1936, approved March 25, 1936, which was continued in effect by § 58-769 of the Code of 1950 providing for the assessment of real estate in cities containing more than one hundred and seventy-five thousand inhabitants so as to provide for the appointment of boards of review of real estate assessments in such cities and to prescribe their powers and duties.

AN ACT to provide a new charter for the town of Purcellville, in the County of Loudoun, and to repeal chapter 391 of the Acts of Assembly of 1908, entitled “An Act to incorporate the town of Purcellville, in the County of Loudoun”, approved March 14, 1908, and acts amendatory thereto.
An Act to amend the Code of 1950 by adding a section numbered 15-222.4, providing that a charter provided by Act of Assembly for a consolidated city composed of certain counties, cities, and towns may be used in lieu of a consolidation agreement as a basis for consolidation of such counties, cities and towns, and to amend and reenact §§ 15-222.8 and 15-224 of the Code of 1950 relating to provisions of consolidation agreements and plans and to order for election.

AN ACT to amend and reenact §§ 15-862, 15-870, 15-872, 15-878, and 15-874 of the Code of 1950, relating to the county board form of organization and government, so as to permit the adoption of such form by any county in the State, to define and limit certain duties of the county executive secretary, to prescribe the compensation of certain county officers, to provide alternate methods of furnishing certain health service and to prescribe the composition of the county board of public welfare, and to amend the Code of 1950 by adding a section numbered 15-882.1, to permit the creation of the office of general registrar in counties adopting such form of organization and government.
AN ACT to amend the Code of 1950 by adding a section numbered 15-274.1, providing that zoning ordinances shall not become effective in certain counties unless and until approved by the voters in an election; and prescribing the procedure for calling and holding such elections.
AN ACT to amend the Code of 1950 by adding a section numbered 8-628.1 to provide for the survival of certain actions.
AN ACT to amend and reenact § 3, as amended, § 18, and § 14, as amended, of Chapter 145 of the Acts of Assembly of 1887-8, which incorporated the town of Rocky Mount, and which sections related to administration, taxes, and powers of the mayor; and to add to such chapter a section numbered 3-a, providing under certain conditions for the adoption of the town manager form of government in such town.

Proposing Amendments to § 141 of the Constitution of Virginia
AN ACT to amend and reenact § 19-29 of the Code of 1950, relating to issuance of search warrants, so as to include weapons or other objects used in the commission
AN ACT to authorize the governing bodies of certain counties to require licenses of persons dealing in antiques, and to regulate the sale of antiques in such counties, and to provide penalties for violations.
AN ACT to amend the Code of 1950 by amending and reenacting § 18-35 as two sections numbered § 18-85 and § 18-35.1; § 18-85 in its original relating to when and how an amendment may be obtained to a charter, and the new § 18-85.1 relating to when the new § 138-85.1 relating to how an amendment to a charter may be obtained.
