CHAPTER 82

An Act to authorize the clerk of the circuit court of Tazewell County to
transmit certain birth records to the State Registrar of Vital Statis-
tics upon the entry of an order authorizing such transmission by the
judge of such court.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

§ 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
and upon entry of an order by the judge of the circuit court of Tazewell
County authorizing the clerk to transmit birth records, the clerk of the
circuit court of Tazewell County is hereby authorized to transmit all birth
records filed with that court to the State Registrar of Vital Statistics.
