Chap. 244.—An ACT for the relief of James O. Swanson, of Pittsyl-
vania county.

Approved April 27, 1874.

1. Bo it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor r
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized to issue a }
saplicate warrant on the treasury for the sum of nineteen J
dollars and eighty cents, in favor of James O. Swanson, as- P
pessor of Calland’s township, in the county of Pittsylvania, °
for registering births and deaths in the year eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-two, to supply the place of a lost warrant,
issued by said auditor on the twenty-second of October,
eighteen hundred and seventy-three, to said Swanson, for the
services so rendered.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. C
