Chap. 22. An ACT to appropriate to the Unemployment Compensation Com-
‘mission of Virginia the sum of $45,000.00, or so much thereof as in the
opinion of the Governor shall be necessary, to provide for the establishment
and maintenance of free public employment offices and to cooperate with
the United States Employment Service. [S B 24]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That there
be, and there is hereby, appropriated to the Unemployment Com-
pensation Commission of Virginia, from any moneys in the State
treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of forty-five thousand
dollars, or so much thereof as in the opinion of the Governor shall be
necessary, to be credited to the special employment service account
of the unemployment compensation administration fund, to be paid
and disbursed in the same manner as other moneys in the said account
and fund, to enable the Unemployment Compensation Commission of
Virginia to establish and maintain free public employment offices and
to cooperate with the United States Employment Service.
