VS76, as amended by an act approved December 19, T8891, and to amend and re-enact section TP? of the charter of the said town, as amended by an act approved February 19, 180, and to create a sinking fund.
An ACT to empower the board of supervisors and judge of the county court of Giles to authorize the Daughters of the Confederacy to erect a monument on the courthouse square, at Pearisburg, Virginia, to the memory of the Confederate soldiers of said county, and in their discretion to appropriate money to aid in the erection of said monument.
