An Act to Amend and Re-enact the twentieth and twenty-first sections of chapter two hundred and one of the Code of Virginia, edition of eighteen hundred and sixty, relative to the appointment of Conservators of the Peace for Watering Places, for the University of Virginia, and for Incorporated Colleges.
