Lee House lot at 707 East Franklin Street in the City of Richmond, to Seventh and Franklin, Incorporated, and necessary boundary line agreements in exchange for the conveyance by the Corporation of an easement in and to its land at the southeast corner of Franklin Street and Seventh Street on which no structure will be erected or maintained that will adversely affect the appearance and view of the Lee House.
