An ACT to authorize the destruction of the papers and files of certain kinds of cases in certain of the juvenile and domestic relations courts, after the lapse of a certain time from the final disposition of any as KG
An ACT to repeal Sections 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 of Chapter 171 of the Acts of Assembly of 1899-1900, in effect January 22, 1900, which chapter provided a new charter for the town of Abingdon in the county of Washington, the sections having been added to the chapter by Chapter 408 of the Acts of Assembly of 1926, approved March 24, 1926, to create the Central School District for the town of Abingdon; to prescribe conditions under which such repeal shall be effective; and, in the event such repeal becomes effective, to abolish such Central School District and its board of trustees, and to provide that the town of Abingdon shall then become a special school district for representation on the county school board, with one member on such board.
