An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 9 of Title 38.1 thereof a new article numbered 5.1 containing sections numbered 38.1-482.1 through 38.1-482.16, to prescribe the form and content of policies, certificates and statements of credit life and credit accident and sickness insurance, to prescribe the amount and terms of such insurance, to require filing of forms and premium schedules, to require certain refunds, to provide for compensation for providing and servicing such insurance, to provide for licensing of agents, to regulate the payment of claims, to provide for enforcement and the powers of the State Corporation Commission with respect thereto; and to provide penalties.

An Act to authorize the State Corporation Commission to adopt standards and regulations relating to the manufacturing, disposition and installation of boilers and pressure vessels; to define terms; to provide exemptions; to authorize counties, cities and towns to adopt and enforce regulations concerning such boilers and pressure vessels, to provide the procedure for the adoption and distribution of regulations; and to provide penalties for violations of regulations.
An Act creating, subject to certain conditions, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth to be known as the Peninsula Civic Recreation Center Authority and defining its powers and duties; granting to the Authority power to acquire necessary real and personal property; providing for financing the construction of such project by the issuance of revenue bonds of the Authority, payable solely from rents, rates and fees and other revenues; authorizing the issuance of revenue refunding bonds; providing that no debt of the Commonwealth or of any county, city, district or political subdivision thereof shall be incurred in the exercise of any of the powers granted by this Act; providing for the collection of rents, rates and fees and other revenues to pay such bonds and the interest thereon and the cost of maintenance, repair and operation of such project; exempting from taxes and assessments such project and such bonds and the income therefrom; providing for the execution of a trust agreement to secure the payment of such bonds without mortgaging or encumbering such project; and prescribing the powers and duties of the Authority in connection with the foregoing and the rights and remedies of the holders of bonds issued under the provisions of this Act.
