An ACT to legalize the issue of certain bonds of the city of Roanoke
An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Roanoke county, the councils of Roanoke city and of the town of Salem to adjust and determine the amounts which said county, city, and town shall respectively assume and pay on account of any liability arising from any subscription which may have been or may be made or authorized by the county of Roanoke to the capital stock of the Valley railroad company, and to provide for the payment of the same.
