An Act supplementing the State of Virginia Mental Hospitals and In-
stitutions Bond Act of 1968, allocating the proceeds of the State of
Virginia Mental Hospitals and Institutions Bonds authorized by said
Act and determining the amount of said bonds to be tssued.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
§ 1. The proceeds of the State of Virginia Mental Hospitals and
Institutions Bonds authorized by the State of Virginia Mental Hospitals
and Institutions Bond Act of 1968 are hereby allocated for capita] im-
provements at the State-supported mental hospitals and institutions in
Virginia as follows:

Transfers and changes in the allocations above set forth may be made by
the General Assembly.
§ 2. The amount of the State of Virginia Mental Hospitals and In-
stitutions Bonds to be issued shall be Thirteen Million, Seven Hundred
Seventy Thousand Dollars ($13,770,000).
§ 3. This Act, together with the State of Virginia Mental Hospitals
and Institutions Bond Act of 1968, shall become effective upon approval by
the voters as provided for in said State of Virginia Mental Hospitals and
Institutions Bond Act of 1968.
