An Act to authorize the Board of Visitors of Virginia State College to
convey land to the county of Chesterfield, Virginia. rH

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The Board of Visitors of Virginia State College is hereby authorized
to convey to the county of Chesterfield, Virginia, for such consideration
as may be agreed upon, a parcel of land situate in the county of Chester-
field, more particularly described as follows:
All that certain piece of parcel of land lying and being in Matoaca
Magisterial District, Chesterfield County, Virginia, being partially twenty-
five (25) feet, more or less, in width, and fifty (50) feet, more or less,
in width, extending from the intersection of the southern line of Main
Street and the western line of Jackson Street, both in the village of
Ettrick, in a southwesterly direction to the Ettrick Cemetery all as shown
on plat made by LaPrade Bros., Civil Engineers and Surveyors, Richmond,
Virginia, dated February 2, 1967.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
