Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 19.1-227, as amended, of the Code of Virginia, be amended
and reenacted as follows:

§ 19.1-227. Accused while i insane or feebleminded not to be tried *.—
No person shall, while he is insane or feebleminded, be tried for a
criminal offense +
