CHAPTER 761

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
4-98.12:1, so as to provide for referenda on the subject of mixed
alcoholic beverages in certain towns.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
4-98.12:1, as follows:

§ 4-98.12:1. The provisions of § 4-98.12 shall be applicable mutatis
mutandis to any town within the State which is entirely surrounded by a
base of the United States Armed Forces.
