Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. f that § 15.1-514 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:
§ 15.1-514. Prohibiting loitering; curfew for minors.—Any county
may prohibit loitering in, upon or around any public place whether or not
on private property and may prohibit minors who are not attended by their
parents from frequenting or being in public places whether or not on pri-
vate property * at such times as the governing body deems proper.
