An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Article 2 of Chapter
25 of Title 15.1, a section numbered 15.1-1067.1, relating to validation
of boundary proceedings in cities and towns. 'S 507]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding in Article 2 of
Chapter 25 of Title 15.1, a section numbered 15.1-1067.1 as follows:

§ 15.1-1067.1. Validation of proceedings—aAll proceedings heretofore
taken in contraction of the corporate limits of the City of Fairfax, are
hereby validated, ratified, approved and confirmed, and all such contrac-
tions or attempted contractions of the corporate limits of such city are
hereby declared to have been validly created and established, notwith-
standing any defects or irregularities in the creation thereof.
