CHAPTER 42

An Act to amend and reenact 8§ 13.1-48 and 13.1-230 of the Code of
Virginia, relating to procedure for acting as incorporators of stock
and non-stock corporations, respectively.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §§$ 13.1-48 and 13.1-230 of the Code of Virginia be amended and
reenacted as follows:

§ 18.1-48. Incorporators.—Three or more natural persons may act
as incorporators of a corporation by signing * and delivering to the
Commission articles of incorporation for such corporation.

§ 18.1-230. Incorporators.—Three or more natural persons may act
aus incorporators of a corporation by signing * and delivering to
the Commission articles of incorporation for such corporation.
