An Act to appropriate funds for the salaries of certain judges. H 1198]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund in the State
treasury the sum of fifty-two thousand five hundred dollars for the salaries
of the three additional judges of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit, the addi-
tional judge for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, the additional judge
of the Thirty-second Judicial Circuit, the additional judge of the Court
of Law and Chancery of the City of Norfolk, the additional judge of
the Corporation Court of the City of Alexandria, the additional judge
of the Hustings Court of the City of Richmond and the additional judge
of the Hustings Court, Part Two, of the City of Richmond for the period
commencing March one, nineteen hundred sixty-eight and ending June
thirty, nineteen hundred sixty-eight. Such salaries and payments thereof
shall be subject to the other provisions of law governing salaries and
payment for judges of circuit and corporation courts generally.
2. Anemergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
