An Act for the relief of Theodore Charles Watkins.

Whereas, an order has been outstanding in the Juvenile Domestic
Relations Court of the county of Mecklenburg requiring Charles Watkins
to support his dependents; and
Whereas, the Welfare Department, through inquiry, located a Theo-
dore Charles Watkins: and
Whereas, Theodore Charles Watkins was arrested on J anuary 20,
1967, and was bonded; and
Whereas, the Welfare Department had arrested the wrong Charles
Watkins; and
Whereas, Theodore Charles Watkins spent considerable effort and
moneys in establishing that he was not the person so sought; and
Whereas, there is no appropriate manner in which relief can be
afforded him; now, therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the State
treasury the sum of eighty-two dollars and seventy-two cents. The Comp-
troller is directed to issue his warrant in that sum to Theodore Charles
Watkins, in return for which Theodore Charles Watkins shall execute his
complete release to the Commonwealth.
