An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
$8.1-196.1, authorizing insurance companies to invest in obligations
of Inter-American Development Bank.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
88.1-196.1 as follows:
§ 38.1-196.1. Any such insurer may invest not more than five per
centum of its assets in obligations issued, assumed or guaranteed by the
Inter-American Development Bank.
