CHAPTER 337

An Act to amend and reenact § 54-341, as amended, of the Code of
Virginia, relating to compensation of members of State Board of
Examiners of Nurses.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 54-341, as amended, of the Code of Virginia be amended and
reenacted as follows:

§ 54-341. Compensation and expenses of members.—The members
of the Board shall receive the sum of * twenty-five dollars for each day
actually engaged in this service, and all legitimate and necessary expenses
incurred in attending the meetings of the Board.
