An Act to prohibit the taking of fish for commercial purposes from Ward’s
Creek; exceptions; penalties for violations. rH 9257

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

- § 1. No person shall take any fish for commercial purposes, or for
resale to others, from Ward’s Creek. The provisions of this section shall
not apply to riparian owners along said creek, or persons having written
permission from such owners to so fish. Violators of this section shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor.
