An Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Code of Vir-
ginia by adding a section numbered 21-121.4 relating to certain addi-
tional powers of boards of supervisors or other governing bodies of
counties with respect to any and all sanitary districts of whatsoever

' Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That Article 1 of Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Code of Virginia, be
amended, by adding a section numbered 21-121.4, as follows:

§ 21-121.4. Notwithstanding anything in this article to the con-
trary, the board of supervisors or other governing body of a county and
the requisite number of qualified voters may, with respect to any and all
sanitary districts of whatsoever kind, whether heretofore or hereafter
created pursuant to this article or pursuant to any other general or
special act, exercise all of the powers granted them by §§ 21-116, 21-117,
21-117.1, 21-118, 21-118.1 and 21-118.4, as severally amended, of the
Code of Virginia.
