An Act to amend and reenact § 54-802 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to hours at which auction sales shall not be conducted. rH 660]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
iy That § 54-802 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 54-802. Hours of sale-—Such auction sales shall not be conducted
between the hours of * eleven o’clock in the evening and eight o’clock the
following morning.
