An Act to repeal §§ 40-89, 40-40, 40-41, 40-42, and 40-48 of the Code of
Virginia, relating to the employment of women in time of war.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 40-39, 40-40, 40-41, 40-42 and 40-43 of the Code of Virginia
are hereby repealed.
