An Act to amend and reenact § 29-108 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to miscellaneous permits required to be obtained under the State
game laws.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 29-103 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:
§ 29-103. Permits required.—It shall be unlawful to exercise the
privileges of the permits hereinafter provided in this article, or to hold
in captivity any live wild bird or wild animal designated as nonmigratory
game bird, game animal or furbearing animal, or any hawk or owl, or
any wild bird or wild animal protected by State or federal law, without
first having obtained a permit to do so.
